Dodge has outdone itself with the production of its most powerful muscle car yet, the 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT® Demon 170. Dodge unveiled the car at the Dodge Last Call powered by Roadkill Nights Vegas performance festival.
This 1,025 HP street-legal drag racer rolls out of the factory with an ability to deliver a 1.66 second 0-60 time and 8.91-second 1/4 mile at 151.2 MPH on the dragstrip.
What’s New for the Dodge Challenger?
Dodge resurrects the Demon moniker for 2024, with the Dodge Challenger SRT® Demon 170 looking nearly identical to the previous model. The Demon 170 marks the final iteration of the automaker’s seven-car “Last-Call” series.
Dodge plans to produce only 3,300 of this model, 3,000 of which will be for the U.S. market and 300 for the Canadian market. You’ll have even more power to transfer in and out of racing mode with five drive modes of the 2023 Dodge Demon, including Track, Sport, Auto, Custom, and Eco.

Without the E85 fuel, the Deon 170 can still deliver 900 HP at 810 lb.-ft. of torque on the E10. The automaker also claims that the Demon 170 can exert all its power with an amazing 2.004 Gs of acceleration force. That’s more than any other publicly available production vehicle on sale.

The Demon 170 comes with a hefty price tag. Its manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) stands at $96,666. However, this number can go up considerably after factoring in destination fees and the gas guzzler tax applied. You should be looking at a starting price of $100,361 or more.
